I didn't find Mary Bell, Susan or Charles Jones on a Census record in Ancestry nor in FamilySearch.

ReelFoot, TN doesn't exist. There is a Reel Foot Lake and State Park which are located in Lake County, TN where I looked for them in the 1900 Census but didn't find them.

Do you have copies of Mary's obituary and death certificate? Her parents names might be in her obituary.

Her parents names will be on her death certificate IF the Informant knew that info when Mary died. Successful Searching!
