Here is some info that may help:

Effies' son (Alvin Harvey) and daughter in law (Maxine Harvey) had a daughter Maxie Louisa Harvey. At some point they resided in Rison Arkansas. The 1940 census has 2 Harvey listed, one refered to as "negro" and the other as listed above.
