Mrs. Ella Frances Beasley, 60, of Sumpter, died at her home June 17 at 10:45 P.M. She was born in Bradley county on September 12, 1881, and was a member of the Methodist church. She is survived by her husband, D.W. Beasley' five daughters, Mrs. Elun (sic) Grider of Warren, Mrs. Pearl Grider, Mrs. Obela Jones and Mrs. Zella Mann of Sumpter and Mrs. Ella Mae Ferguson of Banks; one son, Hugh of Sumpter; three brothers, Sell and Ed Forrest, both of Sumpter and Ben of Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Mellie Taylor of Gravelridge, Mrs. Caroline Ragar of Warren and Mrs. Gertia Trussell of Pattsville. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 3:00 at Outlaw Cemetery by the Rev. Roy Bevins. Pallbearers were D.T. Trammell, Minor Mann, Julius Smith, Guy Jones, Richard Stuard and Minor Stedman.
