I physically have the Family Bible Mr. J B Richards of Augusta Wisconsin Eau Clarie Co which had many handwritten enties for many Rugg family members. I plan to post them on Ancestry and in my Family Tree genealogies. Are you interested in this? The only mention of a Henry Rugg is the Henry Rugg born 21 Aug 1827 but I have not reviewed all the pages yet
