An 1869 Arkansas Supreme Court out of Bradley County Circuit Court named Ewell v. Tidwell dealt with members of my family who were Kolen slaves. Eli Tidwell was the administrator of John Kolen's estate. I was wondering where the Tidwell descendants were and if they had any knowledge of the court case.
