I am looking for more information on Calvin Parton family who lived in Mercer county missouri. They were in Mercer county in 1863 when calvin enrolled into the 4th provisional at princeton. In 1865 he married his second wife Jane Brittain Bly (Jane was previously married to James Bly who died in the Civil war). In 1870 they appear in the Falls River Wilson County Kansas census. They only stayed there a few years and moved to Mincy, Taney Co, Missouri. They had moved to this area by December 24, 1878 (Calvin Parton died on this date). His wife and children lived in Mincy at least until 1900 when they moved to Young township in Boone County Arkansas. We know that Calvin had a previous wife who died March of 1862 based on a affidavidt for Jane when she applied for her pension, but the previous wife's name was not mentioned. I am looking for any kind of information on this family. Bible records, letters, pictures, etc.
