According to the death certificate and tombstone Martha Ann Thompson was born 3 May 1846. She died 31 May 1936 and is buried in Flat Creek Cemetery in Fountain Hill. According to the 1880 census she would have been born in 1852. According to her age on the marriage certificate she was born in 1850. Martha was known as Mattie and married William Willis Wood 16 Aug 1875 in Ashley Co.
