It wasn’t Francis M Seward, his son Thomas was 17 in 1910.
It wasn’t Samuel Seward, he was only 23 himself and had no kids.
That’s the two for Baxter Co.
It wasn’t Phillip Seward .. no son close that takes care of Crittenden Co
That is how to do it. Go to a public library, or an LDS family history center and use Ancestry or Heritage Quest to look at the indexed census. The search program will give you Seward as a surname and you can look at the image to see who else it there in the household.
