Your public library may have Heritage Quest available from your home .. on line that is, using a code word or your libr cart number for access. That would get census to you in off hours, as well as some more features.
Most that have Ancestry, have the come use our computer rule and limit time, but it is still quite useful.
Looks like you should find the family in Pulaski census of 1910
from what you understand. But if not, keep looking so that you can find it or eliminate (to a high percentage) AR altogether.
