I don't have a Winnie Blanche Stallings in my database... that's not to say she wasn't perhaps a member of the extended family of one or the other of these Stallings men who lived in Arkansas Co., AR at that time. There were several Stallings who migrated to a 2 (that I know of) adjoining county area in Iowa, some from NC>IN>IA, some TN>IL>IA. Some of these migrated to KS, NE, CO and for a time, to AR.
