Wyley B Bailey b 1829 d 1911, was born in Tenn. but came to Carrol County Ark.
His wif is Margaret Shannon, His son is William A Bailey, b 1861, and d 1948 in Carrol County , Ark. His grandson was a preacher I think, Isaac B, married to Ollie. Isaac was also called Grace.
