Jenkins Bell, born about 1859 in Illinois to Joseph Alexander Jenkins and deceased spouse (maiden name Atteberry). Stepmother of Eliza Jane Jenkins was Tennessee Alabama Dunlap, mother of Lenetta Jenkins.
