My grandfather, Noah Kelley and my grandmother, Millie Neighbors-Kelley and her family are a mystery. I have Noah Kelley born abt. 1901, married to my grandmother Millie Neighbors born 1-18-1902 in Garland County, Arkansas and died 12-24-1926. She was the daughter of William Andrew Neighbors and his second wife Beckie Graves. Noah and Millie had two children, Virginia Kelley and my father, Noel Leroy Kelley b. 1-16-1926. Millie died when my father was 11 months old of Tuberculosis, in Mountain Valley Township. No further information on Noah Kelley. My father, Noel was raised by Ella Neighbors?-Bennett. His sister Virginia died early in her life date unknown. My father never knew he had a sister or that his real father was alive for many years after.
Some of Millie Neighbors-Kelley's siblings were: Minnie m. George Ragsdale, Lillie Mae m. Walter Harris, Lillian m. Bob Hendrix, Jimmie, Elvis, Violet , Clara.
I'm hoping someone out there recognizes these names and
