Did you miss type and meant to say that you found no mention of him in the 1910 census? He clearly is in the 1900 census, but look for him in surrounding counties such as Pinal, Gila, etc. the miners moved around quite a bit, and they also traveled to New Mexico to work the mines there. Also, depending on when you think he died, part of Graham county became Greenlee in 1921. My grandfather and his brothers were all born in Graham county with the exception of the last one who was born in the same town, but the county of Greenlee . I also checked the death indexes for Arizona and find no mention of a Jacob Chandler.
