Hello: I am looking for more information about Professor William Beard's death on a glacier slide while on his way to the Klondike in 1898. It occurred sometime in April but was not reported until July 1898. It is possible that he was murdered. Anyone with details of dates or circumstances please let me know. Thanks! Emile
