My grandfather, Percy Herbert Blatchford, from Cornwall, England, died in May, 1961, in Seward, Alaska. He married Mae Herman of Shishmaref, Alaska, and together had 13 children. He had been previously married to a woman from Little Diomede, Alaska, who died from an influenza epidemic along with 3 of their 4 sons. I hope this is helpful.
