my friends great uncle was Joe Chisel. He built the largest building in Haines back in 1916. It was originally a gambling house and now a bed and breakfast. Is their anyone that has a picture or a way to get one. Supposedly it still has his name on it. As far as the family knows it is now up for sale again. Also does anyone know anything about Albert Chisel. He was murdered in July of 1927. Does anybody know if he was ever married or had children? He was born around 1887.
