I am Nora (Eldridge) Hill. I am doing the Eldridge Family Tree. It was always my understanding that Amanda Hennis (father Lewis and mother Tabitha) who was married to Fortunate M. Eldridge,was my grandfathers mother, his name was Mark Eldridge. I don't see Amandas name listed in your letter about Lewis and Tabithas children. Was she in fact one of their children, or do we have it all wrong? I am having trouble finding anything about her past the 1870 census when she was only 6 years old, nothing after that. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
