You are right about Gobarly (a.k.a. Goldsberry, Gool) PRICE, as he undoubtedly was the s/o Sterling PRICE and Mary FREEMAN. Gobarly md. Malissa LANTRIP, 1 May 1839 in Talladega County but was recorded on the census in neighboring Benton County in 1840 and 1850.

The published marriage records indicate that George W. PRICE md. *Syntha PRICE* in Talladega County in 1836. I assume that Syntha is your Cynthia *PERRY*. Are the published records incorrect, or is the error in the original record? Just curious.

Two other PRICE marriages in Talladega County were Cornelius PRICE to Mary NORIS in 1837 and Thomas W. PRICE to Amanda MORRIS in 1838 (no return). Are these men connected to your George W. PRICE?
