I believe this to be the death of an infant son of Moses Haynes, son of David Marion Haynes of Randolph County, but do no have enough information to be sure. Here is the info.

Death Certificate for 'Infant' Haynes: Certificate numbers are 27b and 101-15-19160. (1) name of deceased" 'Infant' Haynes. (2) Date of death: December 15, 1915 (4) City or town is Pinetucky. (2) Place of birth of deceased is Alabama (6) Race: White male without an occupation. (7) Deceased lived at place of death all of his life. (8) Disease was contracted at home and duration of the illness was 6 days. (9) Principal disease causing death was Crysipelas Neonato(?) (12) Deceased did not undergo and operation. (13) Age was 6 days, and marital status was single. (14) Name of father was Moses Haynes. (15) Father was born in Alabama (16) Name of mother is not given. (17) Birthplace of mother is Alabama. (16) Place of Interment is not known. Reporter was Robert C. Lovvorn, Date of the report was June 2, 1916 and the Post office was Newell, Alabama.
