I don't know if this will help or not...I grew up in Perry County and lots of names will ring a bell. When I read your request the name Della Colburn seemed familiar. I did a quick search and found a family tree on Ancestry.Com that had a Della Colburn in it. This Della married a Georgre W. Cabiness. They had a daughter named Ellen Lucille Cabiness.
