The post is dated 2002 but reappeared on usgenweb for some reason. Aplins are definately in Monre County (as are the Kircharrs and Jeters). I was in Mineola Cemetery recently and saw the grave of Arthur E. Aplin. He was the son of William D. Aplin and Sarah Jane Curry. There are Jeters there as well.
