I am interested in any Stidham or Wiginton that married into the Scott family in Marion Co., Al. I believe that my g-grandmother was a Cox. No proof. If so her mother was named Mary. Lloyd C. - lopj1950@tds.net I am from the Scott line.

I have a few Scotts that have married into the Stidham line. There is an Alexander (born 2-27-1876) who married Harriet Stidham (3-1-1877). We also have a William Aaron Stidham(born 11-25-1868) married to Ella Samantha Scott (born 6-29-1879). I've also found a Milley Cox (maybe your Mary??) married to Peter Martin Scott. Peter is the son of Wesley J. Stidham (born 10-15-1846) and Sarah Permilla Scott (born 9-26-1858). I have a lot more information. There was a bunch of Stidham/Scott marriages. If anything sounds familiar, just let me know.

Yes, that is my grandparents. I had a power surge at one time and it is hard getting things back together. Now at certain stages I put them on a cd. L. C.

I found a William T. Brumley (73) with Feba M. (72) on the 1930 census for Beat 2, Tishomingo County, Miss. Beat 2 shows the Barnsville and Hoskey Road on the side.

William A. and Handley B. with children are on the same census but listed on Beat 3, Tishomingo County, Mississippi. Beat 3 shows the Iuka and ?Geheston? Road.

Do you have information on Robert Brumley (1874-1930)? Is he a son of William T. Brumley?

I believe we may be related. William A. Brumley is a brother of my grandfather Robert(Bob) Ira Brumley (1854-1930).
