YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A funeral service will be at noon on Wednesday at the Phillips Memorial Baptist Church for Frank Brown Jr., 77, who departed this life on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at his residence.

Mr. Brown was born Jan. 14, 1935, in Whitehall, Alabama, a son of Frank and Vinia Seaborn Brown Sr.

He was a member of the church, former Trustee, former choir member and was an Army veteran.

He leaves his wife, the former Mary Lois Riggins, whom he married June 19, 1965; a daughter, Candace A. Brown of Columbus, OH; two brothers, L.M. Brown and James (Christine) Brown, all of Youngstown, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Cedric F. Brown of Warren, Mich. and Timothy F. Brown Jr. of Youngstown.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Timothy F. Brown Sr.; a sister, Odessa Foster; a brother, Norman Brown; and a cousin, Scott Seaborn.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday at the church.
