Joseph Tom Hicks (b. 1831, TN) married Martha Elizabeth Hicks (b.1837) c. 1857 in TN.

They had 11 children including :

Martha Adalide (b.1865),
Zeaman Buck (b.1869),
Belle (b.1970),
Russell(b1872),
Clark(b.1874),
Ida (b.1876),
Monte (Mont) Calvin (b.1877),
Thomas (b.1879)

The son Monte Calvin is my ggf. Monte Calvin Hicks moved to Texas at age 15 from Alabama (maybe Mobile area), on his own and married Mary Alice Roberts in Springtown, Tx., had one son Alton D. Hicks (my gf).
