I do have some Osborns in my family line. Lawrence County doesn't really have any big cities in the county. I would imagine that all of the Osborns, Melsons and Keenums are related by marriage. They were big families and there were a lot of intermarriages. So, we might be cousins by marriage, if I'm even related to the Melsons and Keenums at all. My aunt Virgina Campbell and cousin Gail Tobias seem to think that I might have a different father than what I've always been told. I, along with my siblings, was adopted out of the Melson home at a very young age after my birth mother passed away. Apparently, my birth parents' marriage was not a happy one. They are both dead now so who knows what the real truth is.
