George Blizzard

Scottsboro - George Blizzard, 82, of Rt. 1, Hollywood, died Wednesday in Jackson County Hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Providence Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Price Cemetery with Scottsboro Funeral Home in charge. The Rev. Judson Phillips and the Rev. Paul Guinn will officiate.

The survivors include his wife, Mrs. Allie Paschal Blizzard; four daughters, Mrs. Pauline Freeman of Hollywood, Fla., Mrs. Mary Spain and Mrs. Kate Morris, both of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mrs. Lee Moore of Flintstone, Ga.; three sons, William H. Blizzard of El Paso, Tex., George E. Blizzard of Hollywood and Robert Blizzard of Columbia, S.C.; two brothers, Joe Blizzard of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Clark Blizzard of Hollywood; 17 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
