Captain Moses B. Green (married Elizabeth Chambers)

R. Phipps 1st. Lt.

William E. Bradley 2nd Lt. Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured at Vicksburg, paroled 9 July 1863, he was sent to the Dog River Factory near Mobile.

Henry A. Younge - Replaced W.E. Bradley as 2nd. Lt. Wounded near Atlanta, placed in hospital 20 August 1864. No date of discharge.

Benjamin A. Forrester - Enlisted 10 May 1862 at Auburn. Captured at Vicksburg 4 July 1863 , paroled 10 July 1863.

William J. Galloway - Enlisted 22 March 1862, died 20 August 1862 from wounds received in battle. Was sent to Columbus, Mississippi Hospital. Age 20, not married.

William J. Gamble - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. He was given a disability discharge 30 July 1862.

William Givens, Corp. - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. In hospital at St. Mary's LaGrange, Georgia in 1864. Wounded in the Georgia campaigns. Gave his address as Mill Grove in Henry County, Alabama.

Nathan Glover - Enlisted 2 March 1862 at Auburn. No record of capture or wounds. Was still active in 1864 records.

William A. Helton - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. He was captured and paroled at Vicksburg 4-9 July 1863. Still in active service 19 April 1864 in Georgia.

John A. Hilson - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. He was taken with fever and died on 7 February 1863. His wife was Rachel Anthony Hilson, and he gave her address as Bay Springs in Henry County.

William H. Hilson - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. He died of fever on 10 October 1862. His wife was Elizabeth, who was informed of his death at Columbus, Mississippi. He gave his address as Bay Springs, Henry County, Alabama.

Jesse Holland - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. In the Battle of Iuka he was captured at Graysville 27 November 1863. Sent to Louisville and on to Rock Island Prison, Illinois on 11 December 1863. Released 25 January 1864.

John Holland - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Died 1 November 1862 at Oxford, Mississippi. Wife was Mary Ann Holland.

S.R. Holland - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured at Corinth 13 October 1862 and sent to Rock Island Prison, Illinois 11 December 1862. Released 25 January 1864.

William J. Hutto - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured at Water Valley, Mississippi 3 December 1862, sent to Alton Prison, Illinois. Released 4 September 1864.

William Hutto - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured and paroled 4-9 July 1863.

Green B. Johnson - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured 22 July 1864 near Atlanta, sent to Camp Chase Prison, Ohio. He was 41 years old at the time. Released 6 June 1865.

James E. Johnson - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured and paroled 4-9 July 1863 at Vicksburg.

George W. King - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Died at a Columbus , Mississippi hospital as a victim of early battles. His wife was Martha King.

William B. Kirkland - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured and paroled 4-9 July 1863 at Vicksburg. Was given a disability discharge 30 July 1863.

Lewis W. Nordan - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured "with arms in hand" 4-9 July 1863 at Vicksburg. Captured again at Chattanooga 24 November 1863 sent to Louisville for processing 30 November.Sent to Rock Island Prison, Illinois 3 December and confined on the 5th in 1863.Exchanged 25 February 1865.Sent to Jackson Hospital in Richmond 6 March 1865with debilitas. He was furloughed for 30 days. The war ended.

R.G. Saunders - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured and paroled at Vicksburg 4-9 July 1863. Records show he was still active 22 June 1864.

James M. Saunders - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. No further records.

William E. Saunders - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured and paroled at Vicksburg 4-9 July 1863. He was still active 25 June 1864.

T.C. Sowell - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Taken prisoner near the end of the war. Paroled at Greensboro, N.C. 2 May 1865.

A. Skinner - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Paroled at Greensboro, N.C. 1 May 1865.

J.P. Skinner - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Was in active service 26 January 1865, paroled 1 May 1865.

W.F. Spann - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured and paroled 4-9 July 1863 at Vicksburg. He rejoined his company as a teamster and was active 22 April 1864.

John H. Vann - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Died in a Columbus, Mississippi hospital. Cause of death not recorded. His father was Lenard Vann of Henry County. He was not married.

Alonzo B. Wood - Enlisted 22 March 1862 at Auburn. Captured and paroled 4-9 July 1863 at Vicksburg. Wood was involved in a rather long and involved court martial which is recorded on micro film. was on active duty till confined to the OcmulgeeHospital in Macon, Georgia 9 August 1864.
