Looking for all information pertaining to Dawson Duncan (also spelled Dauson Dunkin).

He purchased land in Greene County and has land patent for Sec 34, Township 24 N, Range 1 West. He purchased 40 acres in the NE/SE quarter. I know that this in near the village of Pleasant Ridge.

Dawson and his family where present on the 1830 census for Greene County, however by 1840 he had relocated to Chickasaw/Choctaw county Mississippi where many of his decendants, including myself still reside.

Dawson was born in 1798 in South Carolina, he married Nancy Vanlandingham, also from South Carolina.
