What's New at the Fayette County website (November 2003)

The Fayette County website has recorded more than 11,000 visits since it was reorganized about a year ago!

Approximately 3,000 searches have been made using the Pico Search engine, which was installed last January. More than 450 searches were conducted last month alone! To date, the top search terms for Fayette County include Newton, Moore, Taylor, James Silas White, Davis, Shepherd and Barnes.

Thanks to Jeanie Patterson Newell, Richard W. Seymour and many other generous researchers, more than 80 cemetery transcriptions have been added and/or updated. Check them out here:
