Seeking info regarding ancestors of Mildred Margaret Kleinclaus b abt 1908 Etowah Co., AL. She is listed with her father and mother (Will b abt 1883 IN and Bertie b abt 1890 AL) in 1920 Etowah Census. In 1930 Mildred is listed with her father, step-mother, and two half-siblings (Will, Anne M b abt 1903 AL, Hannah b abt 1925 and Burell?? b abt 1927). Mildred married Jewell Marion Lister in Etowah County.

What were Bertie and Anne M's maiden names. When did Bertie die. I am researching this family for my friend Lane Archer Lister. Lane's father, Jewell Marion Lister, passed away when she was 16, and she does not have much info on her ancestors. Jewell's father is reported to have been Charlie "Bud" Lister, former Chief of Police in Gadsden, who was married to an Archer.
