I am searching for further information regarding Edwin, Abram or Abraham JETER who patented land in what is now Elmore County in the 1840s.

My g-g-grandmother Irene Jeter Barganier stated in her CSA widow's pension application that her father was Edwin Jeter, buried in Elmore County. I find no record of Jeters in Elmore County except Abram and Abraham Jeter...

Any leads, cemetary records, census, etc. would be valuable to me. Thanks
