I am researching James Howard,b. 1796,Ga., married Sarah Stephens in Ga abt.1815, moved to Al. 1818, listed in Covington Cty. Census 1830 and 1840,was Justice of Peace 1823, Covington, died 1863. May have had brothers, Vining Howard and King W. Howard. Any information appreciated.
