In the History of Coosa County, Alabama b George E. Brewer Book on page 300 is listed the Editor and Manager Jan. 20th, 1898 through 1908 as being Simpson and P. A. Jackson. I would love to see a copy of the newspaper during that time. Phillip Andrew Jackson, son of William McBride Jackson and Elizabeth Jane Stewart was my ggUncle.
