I need help in the following:

1) Who do I contact about the cemetery?
2) Is there a record of burials in Sand Rock, especially those that are unmarked.
3) Is the cemetery cared for by the city, a cemetery committee, or a church?

I have an ancestor buried there in the 1890s, but her grave is marked only with a rock or stone. I am interested in locating her grave and placing a marker on it or else posting a memorial plaque with her name, birth, and death. Her daughter, in her old age, was unable to find her mother's grave so the family has lost "mother McKinney". Her name is Martha (Strawn) McKinney; she is the wife of Samuel Augustus McKinney who is buried at Gravel Hill Cemetery in DeKalb County, AL. Her daughter, Mattie "Janie" (McKinney) Burt is my great grandmother.
