I am hoping someone can help me find my Cherokee heritage

My Great Grandfather was John G Melton who married Sarah Lee, their child(their other childrens names were Maud, Thursey and thats all I know right now) Charlie Melton then married Vinnie Blakely who had children Orvil, Jenny, James, Charles (my father)
