Is there a Cemetery called Posey River Cemetery in Cherokee County? I have a note that my Great-Grandfather, John Frederick Dennewitz is buried there. He died June 18, 1915. Thanking you in advance for any help.

There is no Posey River or Posey River cemetery in Cherokee county, AL. As far as I know there is no Posey river in the whole state. Perhaps he is buried in Georgia.
I also looked in the Alabama death index for 1908-1959 and there are no Dennewitz deaths listed.
