Samuel D. Barr and James R. Barr removed from The Waxhaws, Lancaster/York District, SC ca 1834 to Crawford Co., GA, then to Chambers Co., AL ca 1845. They were on the Chambers Co. 1850 census. I have four previously unpublished letters , 3 written by Samuel to his brother-in-law James Ramsey in Lancaster, SC and one written by his son James to his Aunt Margaret Ramsey. I am descended from Robert Ramsey, James' father. I would like to find descendants of Samuel and James.
