Ollie Belle Black (b 1904 to Robert Monroe Black and Mary A Murphy) married Jasper J Phillips abt 1923 probably in Butler Co. On the 1930 census Jasper & Ollie are living in Starlington with children Frances (1925), Charles (abt Aug 1926) & Jasper (1929-30).

At some point Ollie married Rias B Majors (b 1901) and son of Jessie H Majors (b Jul 1870) & Ora Ella -- (b Dec 1879 AL).

Rias B Majors was married to Robie (Robie Parker?) abt 1919 in AL and in 1930 they have sons Hilton (b 1924) & Joe (b abt Oct 1925) and are living Montgomery, AL where Rias is driving a laundry truck. Rias & Robie Majors show as a married couple on the 1920 Mount Olive, Butler Co, AL census, so she was definitely his 1st wife.
