I am searching for information on Herbert Daniel and Mattie L. Kimball. Their daughter, Gracie, was born in Feb. 1903, in Union Springs, Al. Herbert Daniel died either before or soon after Gracie was born. Mattie L. Kimball allowed David and Mary Ann Rowe to adopt Gracie soon after she was born. The Rowes lived, at the time, in Muscogee Co., Georgia. I can not find a trace of either Herbert Daniel or Mattie L.Kimball at all. Any information you could provide on either of these two would be greatly appreciated.
