In transcribing the Bibb CO., AL Marriages 1820-1862, please note that the names are my maternal gg-gandparents and the names should read: Dorothy Garner married Arthur Atkinson 7 Dec 1820. They moved to Smith CO., Texas prior to the Civil War and Arthur served as the second Judge of that county. He is the son of Agrippa Atkinson and his wife Martha "Patsey" Grace. Agrippa served with the court system in Hancock Co/Jackson Co., GA abt 1801-1807. Agrippa is buried in Bibb Co., AL. Agrippa's daughter, Morning Atkinson, married Matthew Wood.PLEASE get the names posted as Atkinson and Garner. HELP! Many thanks. Shirley
