looking for any information on my grandfather's family. His name was sim thorton "smitty" SMITHERMAN jr, lived in Bibb County, alabama. my father was born there in 10-45. my
great-grandparents were sim thorton SMITHERMAN and gracie nell KELLY. grandpa fought in wwII and married my grandmother in the bibb county courthouse while they
were on leave. he graduated after he returned from the war. he and my great grandparents are buried in randolph I believe. I would appreciate any information on him or his parents.
