Andrew WILLIAMS and his wife "Snitha" (Cynthia or Cinda) WILLIAMS lived in Prct 8 in 1900. Their children were listed on the 1920 census, but not they, so I'm assuming they died before 1920. Is there a Black Cemetery somewhere in the Starr Hill area?

What is the township which today approximates Starr Hill?
