I sub. to ancestry and I can't find what your saying about the Choctaw Census 1820-1866 Federal?
I looked at the new listings and can't find it there either?

There are Manley's in 1850 & 1860 census,
but what state are you looking in?
Some with 1st names and middle initial F. Manley.
