I am a Durdin/Durden descendant researching Durdin's/Durden's from Morgan County, Georgia and the surrounding areas of Districts 396 and 397.

I am looking for information such as plantation documents, slave inventories, bills of sale, deeds and any other information that may assist me in finding out who owned my DURDIN/DURDEN ancestors during slavery.

Eliza had a daughter, my g-g-grandmother was Lilia (Lilli) Shepherd (mulatto) b. 1855, Georgia.
