Surnames: DRY, WILLIAMS
I have most of the surnames you list, but never heard that any of the family was Creek Indian. I do know that my DRY line is Cherokee. Great uncle ELI DRY is on the rolls. Are your BLANKENSHIPs Creek? I have a gggrandmother whose 1st husband [died or left-less than a year] was _______ BLANKENSHIP. Son, GEORGE WASHINGTON BLANKENSHIP b 1874 Cherokee Co, KS. She was MARY JANE CATHERINE "KATIE" WILLIAMS, d/o HENRY b 1822 KY & C. _______ b 1832 MS. KATIE b 11 Nov 1849 Iron Co, MO d 1925 Galena, Cherokee, KS m 2-JAMES WILLIAM DRY & had many children. Divorced.
