The Samuel Arons who was naturalized in Dec 1898 gave his residence as 611 Eleventh St, Brooklyn, NY and his occupation as "flour merchant". In the Kings County Estate files at the Family Search site , you can view the probate record of his wife, Sarah, who died Aug 1898. The record names husband Samuel as the petitioner and her children Joseph and Nettie, all residing at 611 Eleventh St, Brooklyn.

The following, also found at the Family search site, is the transcription of a Samuel Arons' death record. It might be worth investigating.

You will easily find your Samuel Arons in the various Brooklyn city directories and find him with his two children in the 1900 US and 1905 NY State census.

In the 1905 NY State census he is with his children Joseph and Nettie plus a new wife, Henriette. The attached looks like their Jan 1900 egagement notice.

Here's the marriage date:
Avons Samuel and Seligmann Henrietta, married: Jun 27 1900, cert # 4044, Brooklyn, Kings County, NY (mis-transcribed as AVONS)

Edit:
Looks like the second wife, Henrietta, died in 1913, see below.

Edit:
Looks like the marriage of Samuel's two children:
Arons Nanette and Mack Samuel J., m: Mar 30 1911, cert # 9485, Manhattan
Arons Joseph S and Larsen Anna, m: Nov 27 1912, cert # 13288, Kings
1946 death notice appears to be for Samuel's son, it mentions Nettie Mack
