You will easily find your Samuel Arons in the various Brooklyn city directories and find him with his two children in the 1900 US and 1905 NY State census.
In the 1905 NY State census he is with his children Joseph and Nettie plus a new wife, Henriette. The attached looks like their Jan 1900 egagement notice.
