I've only rec'd email alerts several times. Like you I post almost daily. In "My Alerts" there is nothing. I've been using old forum, so this method may also disappear.....heading of COLLABORATE>RECENT MEMBER CONNECT ACTIVITY, which does show myself, and others who have posted to the same threads [check the boxes on the right, for what you want included], Other than that, all I can say.....view your own posts...."view posts"
Ancestry is making it harder and harder to navigate their site. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Most of their programmers are probably 12yr old and want all the bells and whistles, while we older folk have trouble remembering our password! lol

You might like to check your settings - Content settings may be blocking.
Additionally you could update your cookies by removing only ancestry entries.
Keep a note of your signing in data. The cookies over time become corrupted
by overwriting and should be cleared to refresh them.
And resigning in. The ISP has little to do with it as suggested by Joan.
Also check your Ancestry settings for the notifications appear to have been upgraded.

I have the same browser and the only problems I have come across refer to blank emails
from ancestry, no content to say what they are telling me.
Posted messages not being gatewayed to respective mailing lists.

Although I too don’t get any notifications from any other message boards other than
this one.
I check alerts by bookmarking the link to my browser
Alerts - boards.ancestry.com/messageboardalerts.aspx
this indicates all movement for those on that day, saves on traffic into mail.

thanks. i do "view posts" but not 10 yrs worth! wish they'd skip the bells and whistles-and along with us oldies (but goodies) not being able to remember our passwords (ouch, but true) most of us taught ourselves to understand computers- we didnt nesc get it right in the beginning, changing things isnt helpful. oh well- off to post some more

There may not be much point to this for the erosion of our ability is slowly being reduced to the point where you may not be needed.
