Can anyone please help? I am trying to trace a Charles Cooper born Cheddar, Somerset, England. Last record I have is on 1871 England census in Cheddar. He emigrated to America and I have an old postcard he sent to my Grandmother in early 1900's from Magnolia?, Sioux Falls, USA.
