I am looking for ( Ragna) Esther Gavin, a native of Iceland, borne 30 May 1927
(Her Icelandic name is Ragna Esther Sigurdardottir).
Married in Iceland, 4. January 1946, Emerson L Gavin, borne 26 November 1924, comes to New York with SS MERAK, arrived 6. Feb.1946.
Had a son Raymond Leslie Gavin born 26 June 1947, and a daughter, Donita born 24 November 1950. Divorced Emerson in 1951.
Lived in the Seattle and last known address was Portland Oregon. She worked in the White Stag clothing factory during the 1950's.
From that time, her family have totally lost all contact with her. Her surname after the divorce is unknown.
Through the years they have repeatedly tried to find her to no avail.
Is there anyone who can help me to find some threads to find her? If she is a live or departed?.
Any info on any of these three persons would be appreciated.
